Refund policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if an error was made on our end — including receiving the incorrect size, color, or design — we are happy to make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • We must be notified within 10 days of the item being delivered

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Photo documentation of the issue may be required

If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for customer ordering errors, sizing issues, or preference changes.
